Terms of service
1. Scope and seller
These terms apply to all orders placed in the online shop at www.bowlio.com. Your contractual partner is tva Pte. Ltd., 68 Circular Rd #02-01, Singapore 049422, UEN 202125919M, represented by its director Giampiero Sirianni, phone +65 9136 9673, email info@bowlio.com (“we”). BOWLIO is a brand of tva Pte. Ltd. A consumer is any natural person who concludes the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. Deviating terms of the customer do not apply.
2. Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. You place products in the cart, go to checkout, enter your contact and delivery details, choose the shipping method and the payment method, and see an overview of your order. Up to that point you can correct your entries at any time using the usual keyboard and mouse functions or go back to the cart. By clicking the button “Pay now”, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when you complete the payment. We then confirm your order by email (order confirmation).
The contract language is the language in which you place your order. We store the contract text. You receive the order details with the order confirmation; you can view these terms at any time on this page.
3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices include taxes and duties. Shipping costs are added unless the order reaches the threshold for free standard shipping; details are in the shipping policy. The total amount is shown at checkout before you place your order. Discounts and codes are subject to the discount terms.
4. Payment
The available payment methods are shown at checkout. The purchase price is due when the order is placed.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed in the shipping policy. The delivery time is stated there. Partial deliveries are possible where reasonable for you; shipping costs are charged only once.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal as described in the withdrawal instructions. You can declare your withdrawal online at www.bowlio.com/pages/withdrawal (link “Withdraw from contract here”).
8. Rights in the event of defects
The statutory rights in the event of defects apply. For entrepreneurs, the limitation period for claims arising from defects is one year from delivery; this does not apply to claims for damages and to cases of intent. Please report obvious transport damage to us promptly; this has no effect on your statutory rights.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under mandatory product liability law and where we have assumed a guarantee. In the event of slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation (an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance you may regularly rely), our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded. These rules also apply to our employees and agents.
10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The law of Singapore applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Singapore.
11. Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
