Every pair of BOWLIO shoes ships to virtually every country in the world — with free standard shipping on orders from €50 (or the local equivalent) and an optional priority upgrade for faster handling. No small print.

We keep shipping simple: standard shipping is free on orders from €50 (or the local equivalent) and shown clearly at checkout. Want it faster? Add priority handling for a small upgrade. Either way, we get your shoes from our workshop to your door — anywhere in the world.
Delivery times
Every pair is handcrafted and inspected before shipping. Once your order leaves our workshop, here's when to expect it:

Pre-order items are an exception: they ship from the date shown on the product page.
Customs & import duties — on us (DDP)
All international orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): we cover customs duties and import taxes. The price you pay at checkout is final — no surprise fees when your shoes arrive.
How we package your shoes
Your BOWLIO shoes arrive in a custom-designed box with a microfiber storage bag included — because leather deserves care. Each pair is wrapped in tissue, secured with molded inserts, and double-boxed for transit. No plastic. No waste. Just the unboxing a premium product deserves.
Track your order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your shoes from our workshop to your door. If anything looks off, contact us at info@bowlio.com and we'll sort it out.
30 days to change your mind
Try your BOWLIO shoes at home, on the approach, wherever. If they're not right, return them within 30 days — unworn, in original packaging — for a full refund. We'll even cover return shipping. See our Terms of Service for full details.
