Terms of Service & Customer Agreement

These terms and conditions govern your use of the BOWLIO website and any purchases made through it. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through www.bowlio.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

Orders & Contracts

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline orders.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are charged at the time of ordering. The expected shipping date shown on the product page and at checkout forms part of your order. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before shipment for a full refund — just contact info@bowlio.com. If we cannot ship by the stated date, we will let you know, and you may choose to wait or receive a full refund. This is without prejudice to your statutory rights.

Prices & Payment

Prices are shown in your market's local currency and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping costs are displayed before checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery typically takes 1–12 business days depending on destination. Standard shipping is free for orders from €50 (or local equivalent); below that, it is charged at checkout (from €3.90 or local equivalent). An optional priority handling upgrade is available. All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — customs duties and import taxes are covered by us. Pre-order items are an exception: they ship from the date shown on the product page.

Returns & Refunds

You may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging. Contact info@bowlio.com to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Liability

BOWLIO is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Product images may differ slightly from the actual product.
