These terms and conditions govern your use of the BOWLIO website and any purchases made through it. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through www.bowlio.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

Orders & Contracts

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline orders.

Prices & Payment

All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are displayed before checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 3–7 business days within the EU and 7–14 business days internationally. Free shipping on orders over €99 within the EU.

Returns & Refunds

You may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging. Contact info@bowlio.com to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Liability

BOWLIO is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Product images may differ slightly from the actual product.
