Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the delivery country and are charged once per order. From the amount in the column “Free standard shipping from”, standard shipping is free; this amount refers to the value of the goods after discounts. The exact shipping costs are always shown in the cart and at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery time
Delivery takes 3 to 10 days (calendar days, including weekends) to all destinations. The delivery time starts on the day after the contract is concluded. If your order ships in more than one parcel, you pay shipping only once.
Priority handling
You can add “Priority handling” to your order in the cart. We then process your order before all others. The price is shown in the table above. Priority handling speeds up the processing of your order; the carrier's transit time stays the same.
Shipping confirmation
As soon as your order has shipped, you receive a shipping confirmation by email.
Packaging
Your shoes come in a protective bag, packed in the shipping carton, without an extra shoe box.
